Eileen Hathaway

CEO/Clinical Director

Eileen has always had a passion for helping people which began when she became a nurse at 21. At the age of 25 she decided to get help for chemical dependency and has maintained continuous recovery since then. Eileen began working in the field of addictions in 1988 as a nurse, primary counselor, senior counselor, clinical director and program director. She’s a certified addictions professional with extensive knowledge and over 20 + years experience with addiction and in program compliance. She has 2 beautiful daughters and 2 amazing grandchildren. Per Eileen her true calling is to help addicts and their families recover from this deadly disease. Her favorite quote by Audrey Hepburn sums up her beliefs: “People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.”

Joanie Donahue

CFO

It is Joanie's personal mission to use her 15 years + experience in recovery to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and treatment while at Principles Recovery Center.  Joanie's understands that each client’s situation is unique and she strives to meet everyone’s needs on a case-by-case basis. In Joanie's current role, she works to ensure that the agency’s facilities remain at maximum occupancy offering treatment to as many individuals suffering from substance abuse as possible. At Principles Recovery Center, we know that the road to recovery is one filled with many potholes. It is Joanie's mission to ensure that we don’t allow anyone to fall through the cracks.

Danny Donahue

COO

Danny has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals suffering from addiction. Danny’s mother was one of the pioneers of sober hosing in Florida opening one of the first in Miami Dade county. Danny himself has worked with sober housing for over 20 years and has brought that experience to Principles Recovery Center overseeing facilities. Danny has helped over 5,000 individuals in his career and brings that experience each and every day to help assist our clients in any way he can.

Gretchen Natale

Clinical Director LCSW, C.A.P

Gretchen has a Masters in Clinical Social Work with over 25 years experience in the mental health/substance abuse field. She has an extensive working knowledge of providing services to diverse populations and cultures. Gretchen has a personal passion is helping and treating those suffering from the disease of addiction and mental health issues. She believes in utilizing multiple modalities in order to facilitate change such as group, individual work, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal counseling, and client focused therapy. 

Frank Cilurso

VP Marketing and Operations

Frank has over 8 years’ experience in Marketing since graduating from Florida State University. Growing up he was surrounding by addiction an early age it has been his goal to find a way to help those who are suffering from addiction. He oversees Principles Recovery’s marketing, business development team, and overall operations of the team and facility. If you see any errors on the website you can blame this guy.

Ryan Quigley

National Outreach Director

Ryan lived a life on drugs starting at age 2 due to severe medical issues resulting in 31 major surgeries and countless procedures and test. By the time he was 5 he was physically addicted to opiate pain medications. With all the odds against him first medically and then drug abuse, he found a way to overcome these obstacles. He has over 3 years working in the industry of substance abuse with his main focus helping addicts and alcoholics see that there is a light at the end of some of the darkest tunnels. Ryan ensures that the clients are comfortable and working towards their treatment goals. He and his team oversee the day to day activities that the clients participate in according to their treatment plan as well as facilitating relationships with other facilities in the region.

Scott Hastings

Operations/Lead Behavioral Health Tech

Scott has over three years of experience in the drug and alcohol treatment field as a technician, supervisor and business development coordinator. He grew up in Dallas, Texas where he started to abuse drugs and alcohol as a teenager. At the age of 23, he relocated to South Florida to get sober, and soon after decided to devote his life to helping others achieve the same happiness and success that he has found in sobriety. He manages our team of technicians, facilitates the day-to-day of our clients, and ensures their overall safety and well-being. He also assists with operations on our business development team.
